Just got back from an week long stay. For the money, the place is fantastic. We arrived well after midnight and they were waiting for us. The breakfast is hot and tasty (and free). The pool is clean and was rarely crowded. The only downside was the smell in our room. It smelled grubby, kind of like BO or a locker room. To their credit, the staff promptly cleaned the room, which was very nice. We kind of got used to the smell and just dealt with it. Again, this isn't the Ritz and it was a good deal. But for the smell, the hotel would have gotten five stars. Read less

Unpleasant stay.

Not a nice hotel. Our room was not very clean and had an unpleasant odor. The tub was stained, air conditioner was noisy, window blind cord was broken so could not be opened. Upon entering the hotel you were hit by a strong perfumed smell. If ever in Naples again, we would definitely not stay here.
Dirty!!!

Very outdated and dirty. The room smelled so bad. We asked for a change of room due to the odor and they were very accommodating. But after the room deodorizer wore off the second room smelled just as bad. Like dirty laundry. Tried to stick it out but ultimately had to check out two days early. Could not stomach the smell. it’s too bad because… Read more

Excellent location with friendly staff and overall good breakfast choices. Only weakness is that the rooms are very old and in desperate need of refurbishing. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and did a good job of cleaning. Prices are very high but overall area is expensive at this time of year. Location is very good and central to the Naples area. Security is excellent too. Manager advised us that hotel is scheduled for a complete renovation later this year. We paid over $400 per night including taxes and breakfast. Fancier places are available nearby but are priced from $700-1500 per night. Overall a good value considering its location and time of year. Once its renovation is complete, this place should reflect its Marriott quality more fully. Read less
