Beautiful views, great customer service, good food, and large/clean rooms. The pool with the lazy river and waterfalls are amazing. Our balcony marina view was gorgeous. Tessa at check in and Sarah the pool waitress were friendly and accommodating. Very impressed and highly recommend this resort.

I went to the Cafe on the Bay. Nia took our order and she was very patient and helpful while we made our decisions. We made our way outside and Nemanja brought us our order. He was also delightful while professional and attentive. It was a wonderful breakfast and perfect start of our day!!! Thank you!

We had a wonderful breakfast at Cafe on the Bay! Our server Nemanja was so polite and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. The outside seating by the water was beautiful. Looking forward to our next visit to Naples and Naples Bay Resort!
