Awesome beachside hospitality

Taylor with the beach booze cart was amazing. She introduced me to my new favorite mixed beach drink - the Miami Vice. She was personable, funny, engaging, and genuinely interested in where vacationers were from. Our whole family loved it when she stopped by our umbrella. With people like Taylor working here, we will always come back.

Sean Rodgers was a really nice and very compationate person. Great guy who goes to the end to assist customers. We all need people like him. I hope I see him again. You come across compationate people in you life who care about people and the job. Well done!!

Very disappointed is my overall review. 1. Room was beautiful and great view, but size of sink (pictured) is ridiculous for a hotel room for two. No counter space. 2. The bed was very hard and I requested a pad and additional blanket which was left in room but nobody came to make up room, not just that one night, but 2 of 3 nights. Returned to… Read more
Very disappointed is my overall review. 1. Room was beautiful and great view, but size of sink (pictured) is ridiculous for a hotel room for two. No counter space. 2. The bed was very hard and I requested a pad and additional blanket which was left in room but nobody came to make up room, not just that one night, but 2 of 3 nights. Returned to room at 4:30 and 5 and housekeeping was either gone, or still several doors away. 3. Pool area is crowded with four rows of chairs on one side. There was someone with a Bluetooth speaker playing music and nobody stopped them. Staff at towel hut were clearly not happy to be working there and that attitude showed. Speaking of pool towels, they are thin and small and more like something you would use to wash and dry your car. 4. Beach is nice but chairs and umbrellas are run by a non-Hilton entity and quality of chairs is poor, strappy, old and not very comfortable. No towels at beach and no sign to let you know to bring towels before you make the trek down there. 5. Breakfast choices were adequate though they should offer a cold buffet price option. If you’ve read this far, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. For the price it was not worth it. Will not be staying here again. Read less
