Lovely stay with direct beach access. Breakfast was great! The pool are was nice and clean. Great evening reception. There is a sit down restaurant and Starbucks on site that we did not use. The location and hotel are beautiful! The service was excellent. Easy to get to downtown. It’s not a dig on the hotel but as usual the drinks at the pool were expensive but good. The food at the pool was pretty good! Overall this place is a wonderful place and we will be back.

We stayed here while exploring the St. Augustine area. We arrived earlier than check in time. So, the front desk staff kindly stored our luggage while we picked up a trolley directly in front of the hotel. It took us to the Hop On/Hop Off starting location downtown. After a wonderful day exploring, we returned to the hotel and our room was ready. Beautiful deck view of the ocean, pool, and courtyard grounds. The pool is huge with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and a bar area. Drinks and lunch can be brought to you at the pool. There is beach access and beach chairs available on the beach area but there is about a five foot drop in the sand just before you reach the water. The hotel has a wonderful hot breakfast buffet included. There is a gift shop by the lobby, a Starbucks, and an area to purchase light snacks and beverages. Yoga is offered in the mornings by the beach. There are many seating areas with fire pits in the courtyard with a wonderful view of the ocean. This hotel was a great choice for our stay. ملاحظة: We had shuttled from the airport but there is a valet parking fee if you drive to the hotel. Read less

When we arrived on Friday your valet (David) totally ignored me and then when I asked why they gave service to the guy behind me he said oh when I see a woman with children I just assume her husband is inside, checking in. He ignored me acknowledging everyone else completely ignored me and then insulted me with his idiotic sexist comment. 2. We reported incident and were told we would get a gift sent to room (never happened) and 10000 points. I had to ask for the gift two days later to get it 3. The couch bed was horrible my kids could feel the springs thru it. We asked for a mattress pad. They never delivered we had to call later that night finally they brought it up 4 there was a full out brawl in the lobby Saturday night involving 20 plus people that resulted in police being called 5. On Sunday our room was “serviced” beds not made, not enough towels, no floor rug for bathroom, no soap refill. I complained they said someone would come fix - no one did! 6. On Sunday night, we were trying to hang out in the lobby with some family. There was another large group of family with a very loudspeaker playing music and they were yelling and screaming being completely rude and completely killing the atmosphere for anyone else who wanted to be in the lobby the front desk staff apparently didn’t care about how anybody else Was able to experience the lobby and said nothing to them or prevented them in the way from their behavior, this did not feel like a classy expensive hotel. It felt like it was overrun by inconsiderate people and managed by people who didn’t care. Read less

We all enjoyed the beach and pool as well as the snow cones at two o'clock. Our suite was spacious and clean. The partial ocean view from our balcony was amazing. Didn't look like "partial" to us. There were dogs with some of the other guests, but the ones we saw were very well behaved and not a problem. Wish we could have stayed longer! Read less
