Excellent Experience at Hyatt Centric

Upon arriving at the property I was greeted by friendly valet and bellsman. At check in I was greeted by Scott the manager. His level of professionalism was beyond outstanding. Alex was very courteous and friendly. Definitely staying here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Alex, at the coffee bar was courteous and made a great coffee. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and we would certainly return to stay again. Can be a little loud at night off Las Olas with the nightlife, but to be expected since it’s a happening spot.

Great hotel, with many amenities! The breakfast was delicious and a good portion. Our server Shardine was very friendly and hospitable. The rooms are nice, spacious and modern. The slender balcony provides a nice view of the city. I recommend this hotel.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. From a pool bar area appetizers. To the room, which was spotless. Excellent bathroom amenities even got a sewing kit. Alex, the bartender on the first floor bar very kind very helpful mixed beautiful Apperal spritz. Highly recommend.
