Location is phenomenal, you're literally a minute from the waves and it's right by all the fun stuff on Las Olas beach while not being caught in the middle of the chaos. Room was really superb – recently updated, comfortable, and plenty of climate control (very necessary in summer in South Florida). However it was the service that really stood out. Son at the front desk was a true delight. Friendly, professional, and helpful. He went out of the way to get me a room facing the ocean and it was really the perfect cherry on top of my visit. He always remembered me when I came by and had great recommendations ready to go. Chakira was also fantastic – very helpful and friendly. All in all, I very much hope to be back here the next time I'm in Fort Lauderdale! Read less

You can tell he genuinely cares about every guest. The bartenders were also amazing—super friendly and fun to chat with. There’s a lot to love here: daily free drink tickets, bikes you can take out, beach chairs set up for you, what felt like unlimited bottled water, and a location that seriously can’t be beat. It’s a quick 5-minute drive to Las Olas with all the best restaurants, and just a 2-minute walk to everything on the beach. The building is modern, super clean, and small enough that you never feel like just another guest. This place has a boutique vibe with resort-level service. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. We recently stayed at the Hilton Maren Fort Lauderdale Beach and had a mixed experience. Pros: The standout of our stay was Son at the front desk, who was professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful—he truly made us feel valued as guests. Cons: However, several aspects of the stay were disappointing: Valet parking is $58 per day, which feels excessive. The property shows noticeable wear: we saw rust and stained walls in multiple areas. In the Riviera restaurant, there was visible dust on top of the lighting fixtures, which suggests a lapse in regular cleaning. Service during breakfast and dinner was consistently slow, and staff seemed disinterested and disengaged. As Hilton Diamond members, we were surprised to receive only a $15 credit, which hardly covers much on the property. My daughter came to the hotel back in 2022 and said that it was a very clean hotel. So based on her experience, we decided to book the hotel. My husband and I had one room and my daughters had another room. Both rooms lacked cleanliness, our room had something splattered on the walls and bathroom vanity, there were stains on the carpet, all the doors needs to be wiped down you could see the grime. The light switches were dirty and dusty. The mattress didn’t fit the bed frames. My daughter’s room and someone’s toe nails on the carpet along with rice and and the last person’s key card on the floor. The room was never vacuumed not once. Management needs to take a black light to those rooms because they are not being cleaned. The pool outdoor furniture is worn and dirty. The sectional seating in the back entrance is missing a cushion, the restaurant service was super slow, there were literally only 6 people and it was 2:00. The only positive was Sean he was very friendly and had a lot of suggestions where to eat and to go. Read less
