We dined at Don Rico’s. Raj was our server and he was super friendly and attentive. Would go back again. Great food and service. He was very prompt with taking our order, and very attentive making sure we didn’t go without anything. And that everything was up to our liking.

We spent a lot of time at the McCoy’s Rum Room and Sara who served us was awesome. Our drinks were perfect and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The live music from Andrew Elliott was a bonus. This is the best spot to be during your stay. Come visit and say hi to Ms Sara.

Right after I pulled up open my door very kind concierge greeted me named Franky Sanchez. Before my door was fully open I had a very nice greeting that felt positive and genuine. He offered to help unload all the luggage and carry the bags and load the cart. He guided me to my room, helped unload all of the luggage and put it away in the closet. Made me feel like I was a VIP. He turned my mood around 180° and helped me look forward to my stay for the next few days. Horrible service horrible attention to cleanliness horribly expensive extremely rude to charge parking on top of everything else. We will never be back!! Worst Hilton ever been to. The girls in the market place were wonderful however. They made my mornings.
