My husband thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt! The bedroom was a king partial ocean view, and we could sit out at night and look down and see the beach! Very comfy beds, ultra luxe comforter, fluffy pillows and I loved the lotion and body wash set, you can actually purchase it in full size! They're pet friendly! And have a nice bar and coffee bar as well as 2 restaurants on site!! We would have stayed again this year however we purchased our vacation package off Costco and the price went up 800 extra dollars and the daily resort credit went from$ 50 dollars down to 25!! So not worth it almost an extra thousand dollars to stay was the deal breaker. Overall the resort is in a great location, you can walk to several places, and it's at the end of the main area next to the marina so you can catch your day trip charter's and have breakfast at Two Friends Patio! The hotel was perfect for our large group. There is a marina nearby for those boating in and the hotel is very centrally located in the heart of Key West. The service was terrific from the front desk staff to pool to housekeeping. It was a great stay and I hope we can come back.

Fantastic location! Exceptional staff. Would stay here again. Room/hotel was clean. Lunch at the pool was good but pricey. They have a area to access ocean to swim. Boat marina close for excursions. Hotel is central to all things downtown.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Loved feeding the turtles everyday. Good food and drinks. Very relaxing vacation. Uber very close, walkable to Duval Street. A little pricey but worth the money. Would stay again.

Beds were extremely comfortable and room was very clean ( housekeeping came daily to bring fresh towels ,tidy up the room ). I always enjoy feeding the turtles in the turtle pond and I usually buy a t-shirt from the coco monkey gift store on site at the hotel each time I stay at this hotel . The pool area is beautiful and there are numerous places to sit outside throughout the hotel grounds to just enjoy the Key West vibe . Read less
