Playa Largo Resort is a beautiful hotel in Key Largo and one of the few in the area with an actual beach. Our Nightly Upgrade Award was approved, and we were placed in a spacious and beautifully appointed suite. Fedjina at the front desk checked us in efficiently, and Fritznel was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Tony, the resort manager, personally came to our room to welcome us, which was a thoughtful touch. Hector at the bar was also very friendly and efficient. A complimentary continental breakfast buffet was provided in the bar area for Bonvoy Elite members. Jacqueline was a wonderful host/server at breakfast—warm, attentive, and welcoming. We had a reservation at Sol by The Sea but chose to wait about 45 minutes for a table with a sunset view overlooking the water. I believe the host’s name was Jerry—both he and the manager were warm, attentive, and made sure we got the perfect table. The dinner was excellent! The view was amazing.
