Amazing relaxing place. Feel of an old school American roadside motel, but with awesome service and modern amenities. Both restaurants are delicious, and Daniel is a great server. Look for the Hammock Beach - the most relaxing place to spend an afternoon sitting by the water.

A group of us went for Pink Flamingo Brunch. The food and service were incredible!!!!! Our waiter, Peter, was amazing and so sweet! Got The Calusa omelette and Cay Way Steak N’ Eggs. The live music elevated the experience too. This was probably the best steak we have ever had! You will not regret coming here. Thank you, Peter!

With a little investment Bakers Cay could be so much better. The location and beach area are perfect with enough loungers, lots of towels and the bar is exactly what you need on a holiday. Hammock beach was quieter and just as beautiful. We ate at Calusa for breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent for every meal and the staff were amazing. Thank you! Our check-in, however, was atrocious. We arrived at 3.30pm and after queueing, it then took over 20 minutes to check in and we had no idea what was happening. Our room wasn’t ready until after 5pm and no apology or explanation was given. The views from the room were beautiful, but the walls are so thin we could hear every single conversation from our neighbours. They were heading out to Sharkeys for drinks and over the course of two days I could tell you all about their friends and their relationships. I’ve honestly never stayed anywhere with such poor sound insulation. The gym was fine but there was only one mat which was really gross and no lighter weights than 10kg. Just a small investment would make such a difference. The water stations were really disgusting and need to be upgraded. Bakers Cay could be truly amazing. It just needs someone to run it who cares.
