177 guest rooms and suites on 4 floors with 3 lifts and 250 villas. All with air-conditioning, 42" LCD TV, alarm/clock radio, telephone, WiFi, safe, fridge, hairdryer, iron and board. Hawks Cay King Rooms have a balcony with views of Duck Key and the resort and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Hawks Cay Queen Rooms have a balcony and 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Waterview Rooms have a private balcony with full or partial views of the Atlantic Ocean, private lagoon, pool or the Island Waterway with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

2-Bedroom Sunset Village Villas, set over 2 storeys, have views of the resort, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with dining area, 2 upstairs bedrooms with queen-size bed, 1 family bathroom and 1 ensuite bathroom, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children with a 5th person using a sleeper sofa in the lounge.

2-Bedroom Harbor Village Townhome Villas are set over 2 storeys, alongside the deep harbour and quiet canal, with either resort or water views from the balcony. These villas have a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and 2 bedrooms, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children with a 5th person using a sleeper sofa in the lounge.

3-Bedroom Harbor Village Townhome Villas are set over 2 storeys, alongside the deep harbour and quiet canal, with either resort or water views from the balcony. These villas have a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and 3 bedrooms, sleeping maximum 8 people.

For children:

Camp Hawk Kids Club is available Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and is designed for children ages 5 to 12. The cost is $70 per child and includes lunch. Please note that Camp Hawk is a seasonal program and is not offered year-round. In addition, kids can enjoy Kids Night Out on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. – a fun-filled night where they can make new friends while enjoying PlayStation, arcade games, board games, a movie, pizza, and a variety of drinks. Kids Night Out is also for ages 5 to 12 and is priced at $60 per child.

Great place, very nice people. I recommend it here. Jacob at the Pilar bare was a great bartender and made a wonderful whiskey sour and took care of the family. I definitely recommend having Jacob make all your drinks at the Pilar bar. It was a great experience.

10/10 service from Jacob!, Holden and Mehmet Had the best experience here getting drinks around the clock! Views and lagoon side bar were amazing. Highly recommend the tiki bar to get quick drinks and amazing service. Food was amazing as well. Love it here so much!

Wonderful time! Great music, delicious drinks at the tiki bar! Jacob and Mehmat are lovely bartenders. The view is second to none. There is something here for you whether you are a young couple, a family, or here for a business event. Hawks cay is a gorgeous resort with something for everybody. Plan your next trip here!!

Fantastic resort. Especially at the tiki bar with Jacob, Holden, and Kaplan! Very respectful very kind man. The best bar tender of all time! Hawks cay has been great. Big resort. Lots of fun. Only a 5 day trip which wasn’t enough time but that’s an excuse to come back!

Great resort, perfect for our 5 day stay! Great villa and amenities. The lagoon and tiki bar were our go to spot for our stay. Shout out to Jacob, Holden, and Kaplan at the Tiki Bar, they were all amazing! Highly recommend this resort for your next stay
