The bed was bad. The bedroom was old. They had to fixed often. No sound proof at all. Too many people at the level of unacceptable manners. The staff at checked in and checked were not friendly and confused with the service. Not prepare well at all for the documents which needed to give to us when our driver had been waiting. Very cozy & comfortable room, bed & ambiance. Very good breakfirst with variety of choices. Staffs are super friendly & polite. The pool is one of the plus points. Ample of parking spaces.

We have stayed here Amari Hua Hin for 4 nights and chose this hotel as we believed in one of international chain hotels would be served and accommodated with reasonable relaxing and quality outcomes. When we have checked in on the first night, we got terrible rooms with absolutely bad ambience, one for me and another for my sibling. In my room looked soooo old and it was in a corner, awful view, shower head looked bad with black mold. There were some dust on bed head and under our bed, slippery floor in bathroom. Anyway, we took those two rooms that night as we were tried as almost 9 pm. Next morning, we have requested to meet up a manager on duty while they did not come yet as not 10 am that time. We then decided to discuss with one of receptionist there- Khun Mae. Thank you very much that she has listened to our comments and shared some photoes of the rooms. I did not requested for any compensation or even free things, but we just needed a proper rooms that we have paid for-we did not stay here for 1 or 2 nights, but we booked here for 4 nights and 2 rooms. Lucky us, Khun Mae was the one who organized new rooms for us and moved us to another room location which seemed better for-thank you again Khun Mae & KHun Ping Ping. 4 nights here, I have never being greeted or called by some managers to catch up with our staying. As Amari hotel and international brand hotels, you should at least have a courtesy call to your guests some days especially the guests who got some problems during their stay. The reception and restaurant staff were unfriendly and hard to smile as you guys did not have even eye contact with your guests. I went to gym on 9th May around 10 am, there was some maintenance from your side which was a bit noisy and annoying for the guests. We then went to play table tennis, but those table tennis rackets were very poor. You should keep and protect your Amari's face and image for this small thing and very low cost. We were not a hard family or people, but we just need the services that we have been PAID FOR. The management team SHOULD come back to look after your team closely as well as walking with them along the way. THANK YOU again to Khun Kong-gym trainer, Khun Jeck-security guard and Khun Wat-the one who cleaned up our rooms. Read less
