Stylish rooms with 40” LCD TV, Internet access, tea/coffee-making facilties, mini-bar* and safe. Superior Rooms enjoy Chinatown views and offer an executive area with a work desk and 1 king-size bed, or twin beds.

With unique stone and wood finishes, Deluxe Rooms have Hong Lim Park views from floor-to-ceiling windows and 1 king-size bed.

Premier Rooms are slightly larger then the Superior Room/Deluxe Rooms and have 1 king-size bed and a sofa day bed to relax in. Premier Rooms have Hong Lim Park views.

Orchid Club Rooms with a choice of 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds are also available. Guests who book this room category will benefit from club privileges and services including exclusive access to the Orchid Club Lounge.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this hotel to celebrate a special birthday. The room was amazing and very spacious, quiet and comfortable. We visited the stunning pool everyday and the service of all the staff was wonderful. The location is close to the Chinatown MRT which is really handy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is our 2nd visit to the hotel, with the first visit in 2016. Paying the extra for the club lounge access & privileges is totally worth it. It’s so nice in the lounge atop the hotel on level 16… the ambience is fab & the views are stunning. Special thanks to Dong, Jetrix & Ana who pampered us and made our visits to the lounge extra special and completely lux all the way. The room and facilities were great, the staff were friendly and very efficient, excellent location and you can't help but relax beside the pool and gardens. You also have easy access to the metro, Chinatown and shops as well. Lime restaurant is also well worth a visit.

Our stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering was memorable and delightful, with its stunning garden-inspired ambiance that truly sets it apart. The hotel graciously upgraded our room one tier higher to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, which was a lovely gesture. The high ceilings gave the room a spacious and luxurious feel, and we particularly enjoyed the bathtub and complimentary bar snacks in the room fridge. Although we heard great things about Lime restaurant, it wasn’t halal, so we couldn’t try it. However, the overall 3D2N experience was excellent. As a Platinum GHA member, I appreciated the late checkout at 3 PM, which allowed us extra time to relax. The hotel's location is very convenient, with Chinatown Point Mall just next door for shopping and dining. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The only minor issue we faced was the presence of ants when food was accidentally left on the study table—likely due to the proximity to the lush garden view outside our window. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily return. Read less
