Super Duper Property! Had an amazing experience! The receptionist, Miss Virginie, was incredibly helpful—within just 10 minutes, she gave us a fantastic and detailed brief about the property and Singapore. Her warm and professional attitude made us feel instantly at home. Highly recommended!

Check in and check out was smooth and quick.Attended by Vanessa for check in. Vanessa was very helpful. Incredible experience ! Clean and conveient. Opposite to MRT station is a great convenience. Good house keeping ! Looking forward to stay again!

We have stayed at Grand Copthorne Waterfront with my family in a 2 bedroom serviced apartment-hotel combination at the 6th floor, in the middle of the city and just besides the river, with a convinient distance from the MRT and Great World shopping mall. All the staff was caring, kind and respectful, excellent service.

Check in timing was very fast and efficient staff was very helpful and very responsive. Nursha and Marie and Ms Mel was very helpful as well thanks for changing my room to twin bed very good job salute to all the staff of the hotel grand copthorne waterfront Dm Lai also was good very supportive.

A little difficult to find from the MRT entrance (4) due to construction boarding opposite and low signage of the hotel name, however very pleased when we did.
