We have just returned from 6 nights at the Grand Hyatt Bali Nusa Dua. It was a beautiful, indulgent, and relaxing holiday. We loved every minute and didn't want to leave. The grounds surrounding the large, well designed resort are stunning.

I came here 7 years ago and the property is well maintained and upgraded with better versions. Very comfortable and lots of activities. We spent 4 days here and the experience in this property is the best with the clean private beach and buggy within the resort is very convenient.

Resort is outstanding but conditions of the older rooms is very poor. Check which wing you are staying in before booking. Newer wings are very nice. Great for kids with excellent pools, large quiet beach, and plenty of activities. Four nice restaurants on site.

The staff are wonderful, the food is marvellous and the accommodation perfect. There are a lot of children here but you can avoid them mostly if you want. The pool is 9/10.. not great for doing laps if that’s your thing. There is a path along the beach front for jogging. We had the food and drink inclusive package which was great. The only thing that could have added to the experience would be on site lessons in Balinese and perhaps a golf driving range indoors. Read less

Kids club for 2h per day is amazing. Our kids loved the staff and activities! Gabby, Aldrin and the rest of the team are amazing! Tie-dye shirts, soccer on the beach, Peyper crafts and a good amount of kids games are facilitated by an amazing team. Beautiful memories were created
