My first time in Mumbai, though my relatives have been here before. We thought of visiting the very luxurious and the best in India as they say... My wife has been to the Trident before for her work purposes But this time we decided to come to the Oberoi's and trust me it was the best time we ever had, from the property to all the staff members, everything felt like a complete luxury. We met this lady at the restaurant can't recall her name, very helpful and kind Not to forget we came across this gentleman Shivam if I'm not wrong, the way he greeted us in the lobby with a big smile on his face and all the warmth, it reflects how you treat your guests My kids loved the food so much that they didn't want to leave at all - thanks to chef Richard, but then the good times have to come to an end Thank you to everyone who made it a memorable experience for us, we wish we get to be here again soon.. thank you so much once again! Cleanliness ,Service and Food at the Oberoi Mumbai is top notch. Attention to details and responsive to guests requests .quick and seamless check in/out process .The fenix is an excellent breakfast place with superb service and a has great options /choices in the all day menu as well.Overall a great choice .

I have had the pleasure of visiting the hotel for work as well as personal trips and every time the Oberoi mumbai team has delivered exceptionally well. The ocean/ bay view rooms/ suites are definitely the best rooms in town. The house keeping team always does an exceptional job of personalisation the room. The front desk team ensures a very seamless check-in and checkout experience. The concierge and the hotel car service is exceptionally well managed as well. As a regular business traveller, the in room dining teams ability to make homely meals is deeply appreciated. The Japanese meals at Fenix are one of my favourites as well. What stands out most is there is warmth and personalisation in every aspect of the hotel which very few hotels around the world can deliver it as consistently as the Oberoi mumbai. Read less
