The hotel

Standard Rooms with 1 king-size or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Bay View Rooms are located on floors 22 and above, offering sweeping views of Elliott Bay, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Corner Deluxe Rooms are larger in size and feature a separate sitting area with full-size sleeper sofa, bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower, panoramic city views, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Emerald Suites feature a separate living area with pull-out sofa, bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower, and 1 king--size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Club Rooms are located on higher floors and include access to the hotel's 27th floor Grand Club Lounge which offers complimentary daily breakfast, evening reception and more.

The staff was friendly, room was specious, hotel was beautiful and very convenient to tourist attractions in Seattle. There was a Starbucks and several places to eat onsite or near the hotel. The hotel was within a mile to the Space Needle and a half of mile from Pikes Market. It was quite and a great place to stay while in Seattle.

I recently visited The Elliott Bar at the Grand Hyatt in Seattle and had an amazing experience thanks to Sean, the bartender. Sean made everyone feel very welcome and ensured all customers' needs were met, whether it was a drink or some food. He was very timely with delivering everything that was ordered. Sean also suggested great drinks and even crafted a custom one when I couldn't find anything I wanted on the menu. On top of that, he engaged in excellent small talk with everyone without prolonging any one conversation too much. It was so obvious that everyone he served loved him! Despite the constant hustle that was required of him due to the happy hour rush, Sean always had a smile on his face and made the whole bar such a great vibe. He truly stood out among all the bartenders and his professionalism and friendliness reflected the high standards set by this hotel. I will make sure to book my next stay at the Grand Hyatt solely because of this outstanding service. Read less

The Hyatt delivered beyond expectations. Sally in the Executive Lounge and Sebastian the Concierge provided outstanding service and represented the Hyatt Brand well. An outstanding experience! The exercise room was great and food in the hotel was just what we needed.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights, post cruise. It was a huge room with a very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and shower etc. Ruth’s Steakhouse, Starbucks and a few other eateries are within the hotel - this was very handy too. We asked for a receipt to be emailed to us, but has still not arrived. We requested no cleaning services, (reception confirmed this) but on returning home have a charge on our card, which can only be for cleaning. I feel this should be refunded to us. We stayed in Room 3013 from 23rd-25th May. This has been the downside to our stay at the Grand Hyatt! Read less

Hands down the finest Hyatt property in the Northwest! The grounds are immaculate, the rooms are spacious with no signs of neglect or wear, the halls are beautifully decorated with warm and comforting lighting, and the lounge (available for select members) is stellar with amenities galore and comfortable living room style seating! I appreciate this hotel being connected to a steakhouse as well as a Chinese restaurant, and its location provides excellent walkability to other dining and entertainment options as well. We always stay in the suites which offer premium city views and the way the suites are designed, they feel more like 2 bedroom apartments with lots of space to roam I always stay at Hyatt properties whenever I travel, and this is one of the finest in their portfolio.
