This hotel I would NOT recommend to anyone. From the moment I got to the room there were issues. First being front door lock didn't work. Second tried to use phone to call for maintenance. It didn't work. Third there was no microwave in the room with a refrigerator. How does this make sense?

Everything was good but make sure that you book the bus for Disney. It's a must do! It was so nice that it only a short walk to Downtown Disney (Disney Springs) If you plan to go Disney the same day as your check in you cannot use the bus. You have to have reservations for the bus. The bus does not park close to the park so you will have to walk.

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay near Disney, this is it! We’ve stayed at several Disney Springs hotels, and hands down, this one is our favorite. In fact, we almost booked an official Disney property but opted for this instead—and it turned out to be the better choice by far. The shuttle service is outstanding, making it effortless to get to the parks without the hassle of driving or parking. The quick-bite food service was a lifesaver for grabbing something delicious and convenient on our way to an early start at the parks. The rooms are fantastic—on par with what you’d expect from Disney properties. Comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, they provided the perfect retreat after long days of fun. And let’s talk about the pool! The pool area, complete with a poolside bar and restaurant, is incredible. It’s the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy some great food and drinks. The location is unbeatable. Walking distance to Disney Springs means you’re just steps away from amazing dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Plus, there are other great restaurants in the area that are easily accessible. The hotel staff deserves a special mention—they are warm, professional, and go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Their hospitality truly sets this place apart. We’ve already decided to return twice in 2025, and I can confidently say this will be our go-to spot for future visits. im glad they had transportation to each of the Disney parks! however it was a shame with all the hidden fees regarding the transportation, i wish this was something they put in the hotel price over all so you dont show up and needing to drop another $550

Allison at the front desk provided me with some much needed kindness after a very trying travel experience. Her customer service skills are above and beyond. I will happily visit this resort every time I am the Disney Springs area if I am to be treated as well as I was by Allison .
