The Oberoi is a haven in a very busy, noisy city! It is an elegant and luxurious hotel, moments from bustling downtown Mumbai. We love it's beautifully appointed accommodation, excellent service and impeccable staff. The Managers have an encyclopedic memory of our preferences, and it feels like coming home every time we are in Mumbai. Choose accommodation facing the Bay, to enjoy the sunset and glimpses of busy Marine Drive, from the comfort of your room. Ziya, the Indian restaurant has a wonderful, innovative menu with a view. The Residents Lounge offers an all day retreat, that we enjoy! In the evening there are canapes and a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The road construction activities around the back of the hotel makes getting a taxi difficult. Suggest your using an App like Uber or Ola. Read less

Excellent location and very professional staff. The Oberoi is iconic and will immediately address and rectify anything that can be improved. This stay had a few flaws, but it is a brand and property that can be trusted. It is also worth visiting for its F&B options etc. even if you choose to not stay at the property.

Oberoi is the GOLD STANDARD of Hospitality..The staff is very welcoming and smiling..My Son was unwell and they did everything possible to help us take care of him...Over all food ,house keeping makes you happy and keep coming back for more....

Overall a pleasant experience . The rooms were cosy and view from the room was awesome. The food was fantastic. Hospitality was at its best. Just one concern on pricing . How come tour operators are quoting less rates than the hotel booking staff.
