Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). Had the most incredible family holiday for 10 days. Everything impeccable - from the food to the rooms and the entertainment. A special mention for Diego by the pool bar and Irma by the Colonial lobby. Their service transcended what was expected and we will be forever grateful

Very nice place to spend a vacation with kids, family members, or friends. There are lots of entertainment activities for all age categories. Very delicious food, drinks! Various excursions! Nice and peaceful atmosphere at the Colonial Resort! Beautiful weather!

My wife and I went on our honeymoon at the Grand Palladium. We had an amazing time and experience and we loved getting appetizers at the Sports Bar. We went several times and were served by Rene and he had a great attitude and treated us very nicely, 10/10 service!

Be aware thieves operate here and management are not interested when reported. If you enjoy good food don't go here it is tripe at best. Rooms are 1970s beat up and needed repairs evident. Amazing hotel made even better by the hard working kids club team! My 2 kids couldn’t wait to see what fun activities Brian, Karen, Emma, Lore and Isa had planned for the day. This made our holiday even more special. This is our third visit to this hotel and I’m sure we will be back in the future.
