The hotel

435 suites across the resort, all have a contemporary design with modern furnishings. All suites include complimentary WiFi, daily stocked mini-bar and a Nespresso machine, in-room safe and a smart tv. Junior Suite Garden View rooms are spacious and feature a furnishes terraced or balcony for enjoying views of the gardens. Rooms have 1 king size bed and sleep a maximum of 2 adults. All Inclusive of: all meals and drinks in any of the; one market style restaurant, five a la carte restaurants, one coffee bar & pastry shop, three snack bars, six bars, three swim up bars and a daily stocked mini bar in your suite.

Junior Suite Swim-out Garden View/Partial Ocean View rooms feature a fully furnished terrace for you to soak up the sun, as well as a semi private pool accessible from your terrace. Rooms have 1 king size bed and sleep a maximum of 2 adults.

Serenity Club Ocean Front King Bed Junior Suites with unobstructed views of the Caribbean sea, and whirlpool bath on your private balcony. Rooms have 1 king size, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during your stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. There is also an additional Environmental Sanitation Tax of $4٫25 USD per room, per night that will be added to your hotel bill (payable locally, subject to change).

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable, and our room upgrade through the Serenity Club was beautiful. The staff were kind and courteous, and the room cleaning was impeccable. We enjoyed the restaurant variety and the opportunity to take advantage of spa services and aromatherapy in our room.

The staff has been amazing! Carlos has been the best butler! Christina, Pepe, and the whole entertainment team is so much fun!!!! Alex , Melanie, and Eduardo and the wait staff by the pool is very amazing!!!! We will return!! Thank you for such an amazing time!

Being this was my first trip here with my family in the Serenity Club and it was absolutely amazing! Everyone was ever so nice and helpful! Great food and wonderful views! Activities gurus Christina, and Pepe will not have you bored at all!! Our Butler Carlos could not have been more amazing!

This is our favorite resort! The staff is excellent! The entertainment staff Alfredo, Pepe, Janet and Christina are the best ever! Our butler Denise helped us with every need. And our waiter Levi never left our drinks empty. Alex D helped us at the pool everyday! All the workers at the Haven deserve 5 stars!!!! We will definitely be coming back!

Having your own pool right outside your room is so great. No need to reserve a chair with a towel.
