593 suites across 2 towers, dressed with avant-garde style furniture and Total-Rest Beds®. All with air-conditioning, smart TV, stocked mini-bar with water, sodas, beer and juice (refilled daily) digital alarm clock and USB ports, safe, 1 king-size bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults. Every suite has a large bath, double sinks, a rain style shower and bathrobes. Junior Suites enjoy views of the ocean or golf course.

10/10 experience! Aline and Victor were supper sweet. Aline came to the rescuer one night I was not feeling good and Victor helped arrange a special night. They both were fantastic and the premises are always supper clean and the food is great!

My husband and I just returned from a 5 night stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres. We had a FABULOUS time! From the smells as we were greeted as we arrived, to the grounds and attention to detail we were blown away! We've been to many high end all-inclusive resorts and this one absolutely has been our favorite one so far! Our favorite restaurant was Takeshi, the shrimp curry is something I'll go home dreaming about! All the food was fabulous and so fun to try so many options. We paid for an extra special private dinner on the beach and were incredibly happy that we did. They made our experience so special, they took their time, the setting was perfect, and the food was really good! It was the highlight of our trip! David was our server and was just amazing! Fernando was our server the night prior at Takeshi and remembered we said we had the private dinner, he came out to check on us and give us his best wishes...making sure we had all we needed! That was pretty cool! The pool is our place. We like to relax and drink in the pool most of our time at a resort and this one didn't disappoint. Miguel was the waiter that we looked for every day! He kept our drinks coming, was really fun to talk to, and just ver attentive! He was our favorite server throughout our stay! Just awesome and worked his butt off! This is my 3rd time back at Atlier and I'm finally leaving a review. Your first steps into the resort is greeted with their signature scents and breathe taking view of the beautiful Don Fernando bar center stage. The scent is so amazing I purchased the oils at their boutique to bring home to use for my diffusers. This resort is very relaxing and all of the dining options fabulous. I became an inspira member because I already foresaw myself returning after the first visit (and now i'm planning my 4th next month even though I just got back last week). This resort continues to improve itself with each visit. I was offered butler service for inspira members. I was contacted my Luis and Oswaldo before even arriving to mexico to see if there were any accommodations needed. They were quick to each introduce themselves to me and make my reservations, update me with daily activities and had my special bottle of tequila and buckets of ice whenever i needed in the room. I was even surprised with a rose filled bath and a bottle of Moet champagne on my last night. They do their best to cater to you and make you feel like a true VIP. Another thing to note is I feel very safe at this resort. I've never had to worry about putting away my cash/passport or belongings and nothing was ever missing. The entire staff is very pleasant and professional. Luis and Oswaldo did an amazing job making sure my needs were met. Make sure you guys upgrade to inspira and utilize your butlers! After a few hiccups, Diego, Front Desk Manager, went above and beyond to make everything right. He, along with the fact that the property is gorgeous, food delicious, gym/activities excellent and NUUP spa incredibly unique (ask for Ada, she gives an amazing massage) are all the reasons I will undoubtedly return to Atelier.

We had a great time at Atelier Playa Mujeres. The resort is beautiful and we had a very relaxing time. All the staff are super friendly. Julio and the team at El Instante Photograpers did an amazing job capturing our engagement. Simply amazing!
