Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort

The hotel

Cancun. The name alone sounds like a cocktail. And at the Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort, it actually is - shaken, stirred, and served with a slice of lime and a side of "why didn’t I come here sooner?" Perched between the jungle and the Caribbean Sea (not a bad postcode), this 5-star all-inclusive stunner is just 20 minutes from Cancun Airport - which means less faffing, more beach. Think endless eats, tequila-laced sunsets, and the kind of pools you’ll dream about long after you’re home. Forget wristbands and buffet roulette - this is all-inclusive, redefined. We’re talking 12 dining venues (yes, twelve), with flavours from tacos and tequila to sushi and sizzling steak. Plus, premium drinks on tap, and zero guilt ordering that second poolside margarita. Whether you're doing laps, or perfecting the art of the float, Hilton Cancun's two massive infinity pools come with million-dollar views of the Caribbean. Or hit the private beach and dip your toes in the kind of turquoise you thought was photoshopped. There’s a jam-packed kids’ club, splash zone, and teen space - so yes, you can enjoy a grown-up dinner while the little ones are living their best lives. Family holiday, upgraded. Live music. Theme nights. Beach parties. Hilton Cancun brings the buzz, from laid-back afternoons to lively evenings under the stars. Whether you're salsa-ing or sipping, you won’t be short of stories to post.

I took my daughters and we had a great time. The resort was very clean and staff were very friendly - unlike our experience in the Dominican Republic. Being a Hilton gold member we got upgraded from a regular room to a massive ocean view suite. The first time I had a hotel room with 2 toilets. Food was decent, not amazing. Buffet ok and your typical all inclusive experience. The Japanese restaurant was average, the Italian restaurant was our favorite. My daughter cut her leg in the kids pool on the first day. Staff handled it very well and applied basic first aid. Very understanding and followed up with us on it several times throughout the vacation. Not much of a beach, this is a pool resort really. If you want a beach vacation, some of the Caribbean islands are probably better. We were there in June and the ocean and beach was full of seaweed. I didn't see anyone swimming in the ocean the whole time we were there. Look online and the Hilton app for deals. I booked a deal where kids went for free with an adult. We saved a significant amount of money. Customers a mix of families and couples from around the world. Noticed a lot of guests from Argentina, India and Korea while we were there. Read less
