Junior Suites Poolside Ocean View are located near the pool, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child.

Family Section

172 suites, perfect for families of up to four. Each one comes with all the comforts, a hot tub, and a private terrace, some even with Jacuzzis or direct pool access.

Family Selection Loft Suites Jacuzzi Terrace Ocean View are two-story accommodations with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child.

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). We added an extra night to our stay at 9am the day we were supposed to leave. Went to the front desk around 9:30am. Our reservations was not there, went back at 10am, reservation still not there. Went back around 11:30am, reservations still not there. Went back at 1-1:30 resevation still not there, manager told us he called his reservation side… Read more
We added an extra night to our stay at 9am the day we were supposed to leave. Went to the front desk around 9:30am. Our reservations was not there, went back at 10am, reservation still not there. Went back around 11:30am, reservations still not there. Went back at 1-1:30 resevation still not there, manager told us he called his reservation side and they had us on their end, but for some reason they havent sent our reservation to the hoter directly, so theres nothing they could do until then. We left & Went downtown came back around 6:30pm our reservation was still not there, after going back and forth with the staff and manager. They gave us a so called ghost reservation/room. Meaning the put us in a room , hoping our reservation would show up sometime through out the night. But we were allowed access to the tv or hotel app to make reservations to the restaurants. Go to our showered real quick left to try and eat at a restaurant as a walk-in. We ate at the buffet and went to the water bar to drink our stress away. Go back to the room around 12am. Try going to bed & our bed sheets and pillows/plillow cases were all dirty and stained. We were going to call but since it was midnight and the long stressful day, we didnt call the feont desk. We slept in sweat pants and hoodie, to limit is from touching the disgusting bed. I do have pictures of the dirty sheets and bed. The amount of money they charge for a one night stay, the customer is horrible and the cleanliness is disgusting. We tried telling the person at the checkout dest, but only one person was working and there was a line up. So we were rushed and they also tried overcharging us. Cons : despicable communication for wedding planning, no variety in the buffets, a la cartes a hit or miss, allergies not taken seriously (very poor signage of what items have peanuts or dairy in it), watered down drinks, room service not clean, moldy coffee… Read more
