522 rooms and suites. The Great House and Butler Villas are located on the hillside of St. Ann Mountains, perfect for a more private romantic setting. Guests can use the complimentary shuttle service to the Riviera Seaside and Ochi Beach Club which is located across the road and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and facilities.

My sister & I had a fantastic time at this resort. The resort is stunning, the gardens and grounds are very well maintained, our room was lowest category level in ginger Lilly building and we thought it was great for what we needed. Clean and fresh. All the staff were welcoming, friendly, say hello when walking past and always ready to accommodate you either at a restaurant or the bar. We tried many cocktails and all bars were happy to serve these. We had no problem getting sun loungers anywhere on resort, however i believe it was only at 60% capacity. Quieter than usual for this time of year. So maybe that helped. We went to many of the restaurants and all the food was great. The only feedback i have is that in the italian us and a couple of other tables food came out warm not hot. Otherwise we had a great experience of most restaurants. Entertainment team really work hard to keep you occupied and it’s good they don’t hassle you if you want to just chill out or watch everyone else. The evening shows at the amphitheater were good and a lot of work put in. Those entertainers who come from outside resort were also fantastic. Having a pop corn machine at the beach club was a great idea when you fancied a snack. We took a Trip to the Sandals Dunns resort which is only 15 mins away and definitely worth the. Suggest going on a Friday when they have their beach party. On the way they i had a coughing fit and the driver was soo kind and stopped at a fuel garage to buy me a bottle of water. Really kind. On departure we found the bus pick up time to be very early. We asked if we could leave an hour later, which they were able to do and this worked out great. Was nice they could be flexible. The journey is 1 hour 45 mins. So be aware of this. The hop- which is the minibus that takes you to each of the 3 sections of the resort is great. We seemed to find we only waited a few minutes if that, before it arrived and we jumped on. If you love a beach i wouldn’t say this is for you, there are better sandals beaches. Towels were always stocked up and the staff worked all day to ensure this. The spa was amazing! We had a lovely massage and they looked after us. Worth booking. For atmosphere, a bit of a buzz and music til late then this resort is for you. We had some great nights in the Rabbit hole, Ethel’s and the ocean beach bar. Good fun good vibes. Staff who stood out were: Sundowner bar - Cornett Orientation & entertainment - Romario Entertainment- Mikale Diving - Dennis Beach club bar- Akeem, Odeanie Rabbit hole singer - Amelia And there’s a few I’ve forgotten. Apologies. Feedback: We were disappointed with the interactive experience at Kimonos as the chef didn’t put any effort in like the other chefs at those tables. We had no games, no flipping the utensils or egg or conversation. The lady just cooked and left. We deliberately booked the 7:30 table so that it wasn’t too late and we would have a full, fun table. The 8 of us were disappointed. One evening an amazing steel drummer was playing on hill side however i do feel like he was hidden and the pink covered high tables made it look like a private wedding not for general guest. The sushi restaurant is one of our favorites. Andrew and Mark keep the atmosphere relaxed, and enjoyable! Kelly Dock Side was open and beautiful! Alloy was such a great waiter. Rabbit hole: The drinks and bartenders were the best at the resort! Lady Cher was hands down the best act on the entire resort and Lady Denise was very good. So kind! Patrice of the entertainment staff kept the pool bar lively. We had another great trip to Ochi. The staff if the best, from the greeting at the car at check-in and all through the trip the service and friendliness of them shines through. Bancroft, Kemar, Lawndale, Winston, Dennis and the rest of the crew at the Aqua Center/Dive Shop and boat were on point as they were a few years ago. Sashaye, Akeem, and Samantha at the Beach Club Pool Bar are top notch and keep the entertainment alive and drinks flowing. Paul (aka Kevin Hart) with Loyalty and Travel is great and met us at the pool so we didn't waste time in the office. This trip we made more of an effort to experience the shows and events, you do not want to miss them. Lady O and the rest of the Entertainment Team were fantastic and made sure everyone felt included and had a great time. They did serve drinks while sitting in the amphitheater, which is nice that you do not have to remember to bring one. For the food, this is an opportunity to step out of your normal comfort zone. Order an extra entre or appetizer if you are curious or want to try something. It is not like you will be charged more. We did that a few times. Restaurant Top Five: Kelly's Dockside (Best view and food overall) Tapas (great food and quick, the Flank Steak sandwich, Sliders and Fried Calamari are amazing. ) Vista/Sky Terrace (easy, great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner) The Reef (Hidden gem, with local style cuisine) The Southern Table (good food and service) Honorable Mentions: Soy Sushi (most seem to stop here for appetizers before a meal) Bella Napoli (great pizza but could be a little faster. Its located at the pool but requires a cover-up to eat at the table, however you can sit at a lounge chair 3 feet away without one...) Just Okay: The Mariner (Previously this was like a quick service, they now seat you at the tables used by Neptune's and you have a server. It takes a while and the food was not great. The burger was pretty bland and a salad took forever. The order was nothing special but took longer than it should have. Takes time away from the pool as it is the closest option for lunch at the Beach Club) Valentinos Cucina (food was good, about what you would expect for Italian in the Caribbean. Upscale feel and service with mid level food in my opinion. Reservation system on the app did not save our reservation but they still let us in because it was early enough.) Ice Cream Truck (limited flavors and some lactose free, melts fast, and not the best but it did the trick) Room Service (The food was good, one day they didn't answer at all, another day they were late when we scheduled the day before and we had somewhere to be that morning) Check out Miss Ethel's Piano Bar, we didn't know it was there our first trip and were upset when we found it. Great small place with some live and interactive entertainment at times. The views and history were neat to learn about. The weather, this is obviously out of Sandals control, was perfect in late April/early May. It rained in the morning and was usually out of there quickly with no impact on the day. Temperatures were awesome and comfortable. Remember your on vacation and there are plenty of indoor options and covered areas if needed. The Red Lane Spa team was great and provided recommendations if you are unsure of what you want. They do their best to accommodate you and your needs. If you are a Sandals Select Rewards member, check out the Returning Guest Dinner, a great event and a chance to socialize with other guests and some of the team members. Great food and the opportunity to see the banquet team and experience their service when you normally would not. We also got to hear of the ongoing and planned renovations for the property. All good things coming. Request: Install bathrooms at the Beach Club Pool Bar! For those hanging there for the day or those in the rental cabanas, you have to cross the sand/beach to get to the bathrooms near Kimonos before you go back. I know it is at the beach club but its a bit of a walk that is unnecessary. Overall, there is nothing that kept us from booking our next trip at Ochi for 2026. Read less

This place is amazing from the volleyball games to the rabbit hole. The talent here is amazing and I can not wait to go back. Food is amazing. Patrice and Dj Dane are amazing. Drinks are on point. This place does not let you down. Dunns river Lamar crew is amazing.

Patrice from entertainment is lovely and amazing! 🤩 the entire staff is all really nice and helpful and make sure you have a good time! Butlers Omar and Samuel are amazing! Food choices was amazing and many to choose from . Highly recommend staying here!
