Excellent service. From the entrance to the beach was wonderfull!!!!. Reception lady was great believe her name is Kay-La she was awesome, Rahiem and Drlroy at the bar. The band was wonderful great music and fun people to be around. The hotel is very clean and well kept. Will be back.

The staff is AMAZING!!! They were the best part of the whole trip! Every single person at this resort goes above and beyond for the guests. We went for my girlfriend's 60th Birthday. It was EPIC!! A great big shout out to Monique Bendison, who organized the whole celebration. Everything from the dinner to the decorations was stunning! Also, a big thank you to Sholanda. There was a strong rain storm, and we were unable to finish walking up the falls, though I imagine this would be a really fun activity, if the weather is good. That said, We had a terrific driver, Romaine, who picked us up right from the hotel, and drove us to the falls. His service was excellent, he laid towels out for us when we got back from the water, and stopped for some Jamaican patties on the way back. Made the trip worthwhile despite the storm.
