The service was exceptional, and I want to extend a special thank-you to Djohn and the pool staff for their attentiveness and hospitality. The bamboo massage I booked was well worth it, adding to the resort’s tranquil appeal. The Tesla pickup was both aesthetically pleasing and a stylish way to arrive. Next time, I would opt to stay at the Beach House and book the VIP airport service for an even more seamless experience. Request oceanfront hotel building 1. Building 2 only good if not on far end. View is of small sheds not well kept just to side of property. Woke up to dogs barking at 5 am and roosters at 7 am. Once we moved to center of building 2 all was good. Get to buffet before 9:30 even though it closes at 10:30. They don’t replenish food once it runs out… Read more
