The hotel

Where is it

Located on the North coast on the famed Ocho Rios Bay, 15-minutes from Dunn's River Falls. Transfer time from the airport: 1 hour and 30 minutes. Complimentary transfers included for stays of 4 nights or more (only applicable to/from Montego Bay Airport).

The manager on duty Eyon Minto said there are no partial refunds even though the room is clearly not what we reserved 3 months before. $900 a night. Mr Minto then indicated he would “do his best” and get back to us that night, and didn’t. Check in took 40 mins, then we spent… Read more
Didn’t give us the room we paid for and quite simply didn’t care. Check in took 40 mins, then we spent 90 trying to figure out what happened and talking with Mr Minto, with our 6 and 9 year olds. We have NEVER received such poor, dismissive customer service. Not sure what recourse we have…. The room we do have had a huge hairball on the floor and the stand up shower accumulates 4 inches of water. This is disgusting, very far from a 5 star resort. We’re very disappointed and saddened by this experience. Please learn from what happened to us. This location is open to the public for very discounted daily rates. Far from 5-star resort practices. Here for another 5 nights, we were swindled. Read less

Wired is hands down one of the most fun places I’ve been to in a long time! The gaming setups were top-tier, with everything from the latest consoles to high-end PCs, and a massive selection of games to choose from. The energy in the room was electric, and what really made the experience unforgettable were the amazing assistants, Sahir and Abigail. They were super friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited to be there — you could tell they loved what they do. They helped set everything up smoothly, gave great game recommendations, and kept the vibe fun and relaxed the whole time. Whether we were getting competitive in multiplayer matches or just hanging out, they made sure everyone was having a blast. Wired isn’t just a gaming room it’s an experience, and thanks to Sahir and Abigail, it was easily one of the most fun, welcoming spots I’ve visited. Can’t wait to go back! Read less

They went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, included, and entertained. Their energy, friendliness, and creativity brought the whole room to life. They constantly came up with different games and fun challenges that kept us engaged the entire time. There was never a dull moment. From team activities to interactive games, they managed to create a space where everyone could relax, laugh, and genuinely enjoy themselves. I ended up spending half of my vacation at Wired just because of how incredible the experience was. It felt more like a second home where I could unwind, meet new people, and have a great time every day. The atmosphere was always positive and full of laughter. I’ve made some unforgettable memories here, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Wired is definitely the place to be if you’re looking for fun, great vibes, and amazing staff. My family and I spent most of our day at the wired lounge where we met Sahir and Abigail who I had excellent customer service and made us feel welcome. I wish other more interactive games were installed. I will be coming back to see them soon. Kudos to Sahir and Abigail
