The hotel

Little VIP touches make a stay at the boutique Sea Breeze Beach House feel all the more special. As you sink into a sun lounger, the pool and beach attendants serve cold drinks, mist you with a refreshing spritzer, and offer delicious sorbet tasters. Its 3-acre gardens and 1000 ft stretch of silky white sands create a sense of space, while Bajan accents like palm trees, beachside dining, and rum-infused treats create a sense of island living. Families and couples can enjoy their own zones, with a space just for grownups featuring a pool, Jacuzzis and oversized loungers — a brilliant break from the buzz around the family and lap pools. Even the beach caters for all, with a lively water sports stretch and a more peaceful patch. The luxury suites are wonderfully spacious, have beautiful ocean views and extra amenities, and with two, three and four bedroom options available, you can have an All-Inclusive experience with a 'villa' feel. Whether à la carte or one of the themed buffet evenings you'll love the food, and we recommend that you don't miss the opportunity to get the sand between your toes at the 'Shoes Optional' Beach BBQ held on Sundays.

Where is it

On a magnificent stretch of beach. 5 minutes drive to St Lawrence Gap. 15 minutes to Bridgetown. A short distance to Oistins — famous for its Friday Night Fish-Fry. Transfer time from airport: 15 minutes.

122 room across two categories — 78 Classic Collection Rooms and 44 Luxury Suites — set on 3 acres of lush tropical gardens and prime beach front. All with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, covered private balcony, flat-screen TV, iPhone docking station, WiFi access, mini-fridge, safe, premium amenities and modern bathrooms. Classic Standard Rooms have 1 king-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child.

All Inclusive of: all meals (breakfast buffet, à la carte or buffet lunch, buffet, barbecue or à la carte dinner), afternoon tea. Unlimited premium brand spirits, soft drinks, beer, house wine by the glass including sparkling wine and a great cocktail menu available all day. 

Classic Collection Rooms:

Classic Poolside/Garden View Rooms have either a covered terrace steps away from the pool or are on the first and second floors with a balcony. With either 1 king-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Classic Oceanview Rooms are a similar size but offer beautiful views of the Caribbean sea, with 1 king-size bed (some rooms will also have a queen sleeper sofa) or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Classic Oceanfront Rooms have a stunning, direct view of the ocean with 1 king-size bed, perfect for couples, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Luxury Collection Suites:

Luxury Collection Suites offer spacious accommodation, right in the heart of the property. All suites showcase stunning ocean views and in addition to the amenities of the Classic Collection Rooms, they feature upgraded furnishings, luxury bathrooms and complimentary privilege inclusions such as a daily stocked mini-bar, nightly turn-down service on request, complimentary beach bag, upgraded in-room coffee service, personalised concierge service.

Luxury Oceanfront Junior Suites feature a spacious balcony from which to admire the uninterrupted ocean views. With either 1 king-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Luxury 2-Bedroom Family Suites are ideal for larger families. One bedroom features 1 king-size bed and the second bedroom either has another king-size bed or twin beds. There is a large bathroom with separate shower and bathtub and a living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.

Luxury 2-Bedroom Oceanfront Suites consist of 2 interconnecting Luxury Oceanfront Suites, creating an extremely spacious and luxurious accommodation, perfect for larger families or groups, sleeping maximum 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children.

Luxury 3- and 4-Bedroom Suites are also available upon request. These are created by joining a Luxury Two-Bedroom Family Suite with either 1 or 2 Luxury Oceanfront Suites, the perfect accommodation for larger groups and families, sleeping maximum 10 adults and 2 children.

Multiple dining experiences available on different evenings; Mahogany Lounge (International buffets with a Caribbean twist), Aqua Terra (seafood, grilled steak and small plates). Cerulean (fine dining, dress code applies). The Flying Fish (barefoot beachside dining serving pizza, salads and cocktails). Tipsy on the Beach (open air beach bar and lounge, cocktails and casual light bites, open for lunch). The Rum Shop Cafe (gourmet coffees, homemade Bajan snacks and treats). 4 bars serving premium drinks, including sparkling wine and cocktails. Private dining* (cliffside, gazebo or beach locations).

The staff are a credit to this hotel and some of the best hospitality I have experienced. Nothing is too much and they are so attentive, helpful, kind and hard working. Special thanks to Grace who made us the best bajan lemonade each morning. She even gave us notice of when she was off and made sure to make us bajan lemonade the next day that she was back , made specially for us that morning. Prince was so friendly and spent time playing football with my son and pool with my daughter. The banter was so much fun with him. We appreciate the time he took to always stop and chat to us. Food great in all restaurants. Only disappointment was the fact we could not use the hotel beach during our stay due to the seaweed. However, the shuttle service to alternative beach is good, but should come with could need for food and drink as part of the all inclusive services. We are more of an exploring the island family so this was not too much of an issue for us . Read less

The hotel did not disappoint. The staff were great and the hotel was very clean and the food was great. We stayed in an oceanfront classic and definitely recommend. The view was amazing. Some people have said the rooms appear tired. We did not feel this. We never had a problem booking a restaurant. You can see menus on the app so could choose what you wanted. The cocktails and drinks were amazing! If you wanted soft drinks, you were given branded bottles. The only problem we had was we did not heed the seaweed warnings or the choppy south coast sea. We were unable to use the beach as there was a red flag every day of our week stay. The hotel did put on a shuttle bus to Carlisle Bay and provided sunbeds. We also hired a car so did visit the west coast calm Caribbean beaches. We loved Folkestone Marine Beach as it has free parking, changing facilities and toilets. Back to the Sea Breeze, it’s a great location for airport, Oistens , St Lawrence Gap and Bridgetown. The only issue was the beach, but the adult pool was great and never a problem getting a sun bed. I do not have the words to adequately describe my experience at Sea Breeze Beach House on the weekend of May 31 - يونيو 2, 2025. It was just out of this world. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The meals were excellent. The environment was peaceful and relaxing. The time went too quietly.
