Not only did find our ride parked and chilling he demanded the driver drive around and pick his up to get the experience we paid for and deserved vs having us drag our luggage across the parking lot. Theresa the assistant manager at baha mar is amazing! She has went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time during our stay. This was our first time visiting the Bahamas and based on her customer service we will definitely be back! I cannot say enough about her genuine hospitality.

What a beautiful place to be! The staff is top tier! Don was so awesome. I had a hard time finding my place around & Don asked if I needed help and walked me to where I needed to be. He is amazing! The hotel is the absolutely amazing. Everyone is there to greet you with a smile and willingness to help.
