Standard and Premium Suites have a separate living room and views of fountain/city or ocean. Suites have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

One and Two Bedroom Residences and Villas are available in The Reserve, with a dedicated check-in desk and butler service for 2 bedroom rooms. We had an overall great trip, we were a party of 17 with all ages and everyone had a great time, from the water park, beach and casinos at night. We will definitely be back!

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff was friendly and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Beautiful resort. The staff were both friendly and professional. The rooms were comfortable. We had a fountain view and were able to watch the show from our rooms and avoid the crowds on the ground. My only complaint was is that this is also the path from many of the bars and clubs. It gets really loud around 2-2:30am each day. We were awakened by people yelling each day. We had asked for a beach view but when we checked in, it wasn’t available. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from but you have to make reservations before getting on site to get a table. All meals we had on site were beautifully prepared and delicious. We booked our activities off resort through the hotel website with Discovery Tours. I highly recommend booking through them. My husband and I had a VIP tour on an ATV with Mario. We were treated like royalty. I would definitely return. Read less

Property is awesome. Things I did not anticipate were: First room we were put in should not be offered. After two attempts we were moved to a different room which was much better. Price gouging was borderline insulting. $16 for a bowl of Cheerios. $3٫50 for hot water to use for tea. $33 for 2 beers etc etc. I don’t mind paying top dollar but… Read more
