The situation with the lifts in the North Tower is totally unacceptable. 1/5 lifts were operational during our stay and apparently it's been like this for weeks and will not be fixed for many weeks to come. The fridge froze our drinks and the safe wasn't working. There were two positives - a comfy bed and free tea/cofffee in the morning in the lobby was a nice touch. Breakfast was underwhelming with mixed quality - freshly cooked eggs were great, but the potatoes were undercooked, the bread for toasting was cheap. Read less

Nice decent rooms. Comfy beds. Great breakfast buffet. My only piece of feedback would be the volume of the music in their public areas. It’s like walking into a nightclub when you walk into reception. Was struggling to hear reception staff.

Terrible customer service! Do not stay here it’s not worth the money! Customer service is not willing to do anything. If you call the front desk they will do nothing to help and laugh at you. This is the rudest hotel I’ve ever dealt with! Stay away at all costs!!
