The trip started good when I arrived. They had four people out helping people get out of the cabs with their luggage so the front area was not tied up with to many cars. Staff Not friendly at all and rude. Very bad experience at this hotel as result and won’t re visit the hotel. Property is well located but staff ruined my experience here will not recommend to anyone in the future. Just stay elsewhere to enjoy Toronto.

We booked breakfast at the hotel and the service there was excellent and the food was very plentiful. My main criticism of this hotel is that its a business and they are running it as such and not as a hotel. The coffee shop in the lobby just want to make a $ and aren't interested in helping you or smiling. There are people everywhere in the lobby and it is so far from relaxing, that its didn't feel like a holiday staying in this hotel. Its more like an airport.
