Great beds, selection of pillows. Very comfortable and handy for the city centre. Breakfast buffet was a little meh - not to the the same level of the rooms. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were a little dark. Overall great for a lux place to sleep

i've stayed here 3x; and it was my last visit that i'll give them a 0/5. Previously it'd be a 3-4/5 (good location, but a bit older of a property in need of renovations). Not that great quality furnishings and bedding, color choices are tacky, doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel. You can find other 5-star hotels in the area in similar price range are better suited for the service and quality of rooms, and furnishing.

The pillows were the nicest pillows I’ve had in a while. Polite and courteous staff whom were very helpful. I appreciate rooms are cleaned daily. In the heart of Toronto, you are in a prime location for good eats. It’s great to also have a rooftop pool and other amenities if you want to stay in.
