Everyone from the hotel staff were absolutely amazing, the best customer service I’ve had at a hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay. The bed in the hotel was the most comfy hotel bed that I’ve ever slept in. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. Every time we stay we feel really well treated. The staff are super helpful and friendly and the food is wonderful. When we mentioned it was our daughters birthday, she got some special treats and a personal card from the staff. The location is the best in Toronto. Fantastic hotel!
