Third time this year for wife and I. Rooms are spacious and we were on 49th floor with unbelievable view. Everything 5 star. The old Spyce lounge has been beautifully redone and is much larger. Staff is very friendly and courteous as usual. Only issue ongoing is the price of parking otherwise great place to visit

As soon as we walked into this room, there was a strong odour and it was extremely warm. The thermostat was reading 24٫5° and yet the air conditioning was set at 11. As soon as we walked into this room, there was a strong odour and it was extremely warm. The thermostat was reading 24٫5° and yet the air conditioning was set at 11. We called maintenance and he came up and said there was nothing wrong however did change the filter. When we turned the air off and on, it would kick back in for a short period of time, but the lowest the temperature ever got was 23°. Upon returning from dinner and an evening out, the room was hot and smelly once again with no air conditioning running. A second maintenance man came up and said, unfortunately there was nothing he could do and that this was the third night in a row he had been to this room. We were informed that the compressor needed to be changed, but due to the occupancy of the hotel, they could not get to it to fix it. The room is small nothing fancy and yet the service for bad equipment was absolutely horrible. Would not recommend coming here, especially with a known problem that has been going on for a while! Our recent stay at the Hilton Fallsview Hotel was excellent. The highlight was definitely the great view – truly breathtaking! Our room was wonderfully clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is ideal, being very near the falls and within easy walking distance to attractions. We found the car park options (both on-site and off-site) to be very convenient, offering flexibility for our vehicle. We didn't get to try any of the hotel's food during our visit, but based on everything else, we'd highly recommend it! Read less

Just seemed a little misleading when it says view of both falls. It is a short walk to the falls, and the view is truly breathtaking. We could see the fireworks perfectly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The Watermark restaurant was good for breakfast, and there are several restaurants nearby. My only complaint is the first night we were there, there was low water pressure, and the water only got lukewarm. It was a short shower; the water was ice cold before I was finished. We didn’t have that issue any more after that first night. I do recommend this hotel. Read less

The hotel is in a good location but the service we received from the staff was absolutely shocking. We have now requested to speak to the hotel director 3 times and we still have not been able to speak to her. We always stay at the hilton but never again will we stay at this one.
