Good hotel, lives up to its brand

Comfortable beds, excellent plug points at the table, frankly the room was great. At the lobby, they asked if I wanted a higher floor, and that was well appreciated because the traffic over the weekend was extremely loud with loads of honking. I spent 3 days at the meeting rooms, the food was very good and the beds were comfortable.
Great Choice for a downtown Montreal visit

Great location--close to Metro stations and easy walking distance to nearby sites, such as the Museum of Art. Our room was lovely--felt like it had been updated recently. We were traveling with a group of friends and enjoyed hanging out in the bar area on the lobby level.

Top notch hotel with an excellent location. Friendly staff and clean all around. Coffee, room safe, mini fridge and microwave. Easy walk to geat resturants and a few music clubs, grocery store and Bell Centre. Large conference facilities as well. A no-brainer next trip to Montreal.
HUGE room but minimal storage space

The hotel was centrally located and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was great. The ONLY thing that dropped my rating was the lack of storage space. There was ONE dresser drawer only and a small one in the closet. We were in room 2806. We were there a for a 5 day conference and only brought some shirts and underwear but no place to store… Read more

Whatever you do, don't ask or request anything

We waited over half an hour at check in because the person checking us in kept taking phone calls. Don't they have someone else who can answer phones? Then they went to the back and never came out. Waited 10 minutes and switched to someone else. I made an unforgivable mistake in asking if I could get a high floor room because of the construction noise on street level below. The lady was so furious she had to look up rooms she huffed and puffed so much I worried she would faint from lack of oxygen. I offered to pay for the difference and she snarked "yes you must, I will not do it for free" Maybe I was better off waiting for the first gentleman. Anyways, lovely people at the Sheraton. Read less
