We stayed for a mini baby moon and the property served its purpose. Clean, good swimming and gym facilities and the staff were good at the front desk. The night security were not great. A couple Nextdoor were in a physical altercation and screaming at each other. We could over hear them fighting about money lost at the casino and it was 3am. We… Read more

A couple Nextdoor were in a physical altercation and screaming at each other. We could over hear them fighting about money lost at the casino and it was 3am. We called security and they came but did nothing. The front desk comped our parking which was nice although not sleeping the night before departure wasn’t ideal. Luckily we didn’t have far to go. Overall a good experience and would stay again as it was a one off inconvenience and the property was apologetic in the morning. Read less

We enjoyed this hotel very much. Wet area, gym were clean and functional. Actually better gym than most hotels. Good food in restaurant. Room clean and nice. I booked the DoubleTree for our last night on our east coast road trip. We arrived a bit after dark on a Saturday in October. Parking was fine as there were many open spots. Check in was quick and easy. We got our cookies and out tickets to pick up water at the Starbucks. The service was excellent. I had to run out and put the parking slip in the car and then we headed up to the top floor to our corner room, facing American Falls. You could also see Horseshoe, with a little bit obscured. It was a great view though. The falls were all lit up, as was Clifton Hills. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room. The shower and bathroom were nice as well. It was an excellent room. Sadly, it was only for one evening as we had to drive home the next day. The location was very good. It is slightly out of the very busy areas, but an easy walk to Clifton and the Fallsview Casino. The walk we did in the evening to see the lit up falls wasn't terrible. there is a hill you have to walk back up on the way back, but all of the other hotels are up the hill really, so you would have to do that anyway. We cut across a parking lot to get back to the hotel at night as a shortcut. It was fine for us. I would have no issue staying there again. Cost was about average for the location, time of year, and weekend stay. I did use some Hilton Points that brought the price down by about half. Read less

Stayed at the DoubleTree and it was very nice! Restaurant on site and the location is close to the Casino District. Check in was easy and the rooms were clean. It's pricey but all of the hotels in the area are. Have stayed there twice and would do it again.
