A clean, well furnished, and very elegantly designed hotel with a host of useful services such as a complimentary buffet breakfast to Regency Club members. The hotel gym is also quite well maintained. Its easy to recommend this hotel for anyone looking to travel, whether for business or entertainment purposes.

The hotel is old and dated and needs a re-do. Service is Hyatt standard but not the bricks and mortar. Rooms are old, furniture is banged up. Lobby is not inviting. Front entrance of the hotel is located in an undesirable part of town. Hotel staff are lovely.
Perfect downtown hotel in Calgary

Excellent downtown hotel with close proximity to park. Room super clean, fresh and comfortable beds. Lots of high end finishes and addition of dimmers in the bathroom and between beds was ideal-love how there is a filtered water facucet in the bathroom. Hyatt thinks of everything! Pool was nice-the hot tub was a little too hot. Excellent stay!

Always have a great experience at Hyatt properties. Hotel was very centrally located, staff was professional, and facilities were beyond expectations. They made our experience a memorable one. Hyatt never disappoints. Will always be my first choice for big hotel chains.
