I had a booking for this December 01st to 04th 2025 with Booking.com, out of the blue the reservation was cancelled by the hotel and all they said due to Operational reasons. When I asked for clarification no reply was forthcoming totally unacceptable, I will never stay here again.

A unique beautiful designed and decor small hotel in a great location. This place truly is special staff and food are wonderful . The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. The ambience is perfect . Would visit again. The food at Yu is divine.
Third time staying here and again sad to be leaving.

Check-in was a breeze and the staff are super friendly. They even display the names of returning guests on a notice board and there is a handwritten note in the room welcoming you back – such a lovely touch. Complimentary chocolate, water and a packet of biscuits are provided in the room. The room and bathroom are spacious and spotless with a large comfortable bed. Ours overlooked the pool and sitting outside in the evening with a glass of wine and a view of the mountains was incredibly relaxing. Breakfast is great – a self-serve spread with coffee, juices, fruit, yoghurts, cheese, cold meats, pastries and homemade bread. You can also order your hot breakfast from a menu. Everything was fresh and delicious. This is a spotless, well-maintained hotel with thoughtful decor and genuinely friendly, helpful staff. Cannot wait to be back! Read less
