I have been coming here for over 20 years from Hermanus and so this was clearly very surprising. I did highlight this in writing during my stay to Anthony Christen - in charge of reception. I received an explanation, but no apology despite staying for 3 days!! The pianist Mike, breakfast and bar service Staff and the shuttle bus drivers were faultless. Well done! Our room on Floor 12 was very comfortable , ready early and quiet. Thank you! Returning in 2 weeks and hoping for a better initial welcome! Read less
