It was a rip off. I got charged 6500+ dollars for two months advance reservation. The rate was $2500 cheaper when I got there for my friends they would not reduce price sheets were not changed could not change untill the next day They had no idea directions they did not even know the street corner Concierge were of no help

Comfortable bed and amenities were good. I appreciated the friendly staff. Proximity to Capitol and other locations ideal. I requested an early check in and the property accommodated my request surprisingly quickly. Highly recommend this hotel for the price.

Everything was excellent: staff, rooms, and restaurant. Mariano at restaurant was also outstanding. Location was 2 blocks from the U.S. Capitol and within walking distance to museums. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great job Hyatt staff!

Don’t stay there. Dirty rooms. Should have complained when there but only stopped a couple of nights and only slept and showered in room. Needs the promised refurbishment. Try breakfast buffet if it’s open! Not much choice for evening food. Perfect location for exploring.
