Washington Hilton has a BS “resort fee” you won’t lean about until check-in. They charge you $25 a day and give you $25 “credit” to spend in their restaurant every day. Then at checkout I noticed there is $25 destination fee (resort charge) that comes on the incidentals part of the bill. So you are basically tricked into spending your own money on their overpriced water and snacks. Check out was a nightmare, I had to just give up and leave while trying to get a bill printed that moved the daily charge to the people who were actually paying for my room. The only good thing about this place is the Generator hotel across the street that had a cafe with decent food and coffee and a nice space to sit and work. This Hilton is overrun with conference bros. Will not be staying here again. My room phone did not work, they have a number posted around that you can text, but it does not work, well it does, they just ignore it when they can’t be bothered. Read less

Did not meet expectations, especially for the price paid. Really a worn, budget style room. Black carpet, worn out old furniture, just really needs a redo. Blah toiletries, poor service, broken items in room. The conference space was nice however. But I would not stay here again.
