The hotel employees were extremely pleasant and helpful when we asked about restaurants. The location at a quiet corner of the Riverwalk is perfect for a relaxing weekend. The room was comfortable and clean and not expensive based on San Antonio prices.

The staff is fantastic, and the facilities are excellent. Distance to the Riverwalk is a bit of a challenge, but we always manage. Going in the other direction, a walk through the King William Historic District is a delight, and driving to Mia Tiera is fairly easy down Cesaer Chavez Street. San Antonio is great, and the Hyatt Place enables us to enjoy it and feel welcome. Read less

Free breakfast but parking is $25 per night. Overall it was one of my favorite hotel experiences (besides the super fancy ones) and very good for the price for family stay! The hotel and staff were both exceptionally welcoming. The front desk staff gave us great suggestions for dining on the river walk and even how to best get to the restaurant, considering that we had young children with us. I look forward to staying again soon.

Excellent customer service, very spacious and clean and good location if you want to explore The River Walk in San Antonio. This hotel is on the Riverwalk but it is far from the noise and the crowds. It is the perfect balance of being centrally located; but far from the busyness of the city,
