Image of the Tripadvisor rating A great stay in downtown Houston

Great and cozy property. CVS vending machine and 24/7 Einstein bagels were a surprisingly useful addition to the amenities. The Bar staff are sensational people. Raul is a standout! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in downtown.

Great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is a large hotel and there were a lot of people, but it never felt crowded. Fitness facility is as expected, better equiped than most hotels. Hotel restaurant and bar has good food. Breakfast options are also available in the lobby.

The facilities were well maintained and close to many entertainment sites. The staff and customer service were excellent! Every person we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay! We will definitely stay here again!

Several things broken in the room and website promised a shuttle that doesn’t exist. Staff was friendly and helpful when we alerted them of the issues. When I return for the event in next year, I will stay somewhere with a shuttle as parking is very difficult and expensive downtown.

Also, there were not enough wash cloths for everyone. We asked for more, and they brought hand towels. First world problems, I know. I would stay here again,… Read more
