Excelente service all the time Mr Melvin we was a great host every morning Standard by the door and with a smile. Saying good morning to everyone. He was doing a great job and Ms Chicky and Manelkis and of course Ms Scarlett Doing their best and always with a smile and their face.

The only reason you got a 4 was due to the water.

The staff was amazing, Scarleth did a 5 star job on on my room, the only reason I did a 4 at the top was due to the water in the bathroom. When I wanted it hot it would be hot for a minute or two and then it went to cold. Besides that, it was great. Scarleth did an amazing job. Thank her for me please.
