Perfect location for walking around the Space Needle and seeing the local attractions. This was a great spot for my family's weekend getaway. Breakfast selection was great, plenty of options. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The shower and bathroom were nice as well kept.

I booked a room with a space needle view, a king bed with living room and kitchen and got a room with a king bed only over looking an office building. If I wanted to come from Florida to WA to stay in a hotel with this kind of room and view AND THE STAFF being so rude, I would have 1000% stayed somewhere else. We ended up checking out and staying in a different hotel because the switch to the room I originally signed up for was such a hassle for your staff- I gave up. Horrible experience and i will NOT EVER recommend this place!!!!! Read less

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable. We were able to check in early, got an hour late checkout, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent and very close to Climate Pledge Arena where we saw a Kraken game, the Space Needle and the Museum of Pop Culture. Perfect spot!… قراءة المزيد

Great staff and location. Breakfast is good too. Hotel very dated. But they are in the process of renovating. Beds and rooms old and pillows still with feathers... like who uses those anymore? Allergies? Bring your own pillow. Simple solve

Our room was exactly as we expected - facing the Space Needle. Check in was a breeze and the parking lot (which is very small) was secure! Walking distance to a LOT of winter events and of course MOPOP, the Space Needle, the Armory, the Chihuly Museum, and so much more. Perfect location!! The included breakfast was substantial with some healthy options. Watch out for hotel guests during breakfast - don't get between people and their "free" food (the hotel staff cannot control that - just a traveler's tip). Read less
