The shower was awful. Hot for 1 minute, then cold. Back and forth. The room was very cold. Raising the thermostat did not help. Light switches were old and inoperable. Food was good in the diner. Incidental cost of $200 per day. No complimentary coffee or tea bags.

I always have a great experience at SoHo Grand which is why we keep going back. The staff is friendly and always accommodating. My room is comfortable and the bathroom is bigger than most hotels in NY. The bar is a great place to grab a drink before heading to bed. Business or pleasure- I highly recommend SoHo Grand!

Check in and check out were both a breeze and our room was even ready 3 hours early. Our room, a standard King, was massive by NYC standards - plenty of living space and a large bathroom. Every design detail was flawless and contributed to an overall swanky and industrial vibe. Breakfast was delicious and although we didn't try the Soho Diner we did peek in and it looked like a great option for breakfast. We can't wait to stay again! Read less

We had a fantastic experience at the SoHo Grand. Location is perfect for shopping and restaurants. The valet parking was incredibly convenient. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will absolutely be back!

Jerome is the absolute best! 11/10. He is a positive light and very helpful. SoHo Grand is a fantastic spot with a ton to offer and amazing staff. Will be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top notch NYC experience. Thank you Jerome.
