Perfectly located just off Times Square. Loved the hotel and it was great for the whole family. Slight hiccup at check in but we got an upgraded room as a result which gave us a heap of space compared to the room originally booked. We stayed here to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday, and all in all have been mostly happy with our stay. The location is pretty decent, in amongst the heart of Times Square, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. We have walked miles and miles which is part of the joy of New York, so on our last morning before checking out, we wanted to have a bit of a lay in before the near 20 hour journey to get home. However, this was not at all possible as the hotel decided to renovate the floor directly above ours, starting at 8am. The noise was ridiculous. I understand that hotels need to renovate, however, it would have been polite to inform their guests who might be affected by the work. It has to be said that the hotel offered a late check out for free, but then proceeded to lock us out of the room, and we needed to wait for security to be let back in. It would’ve been absolutely impossible to try and get any sleep anyway as the noise was deafening. I was otherwise quite happy with the stay, and it’s such a shame that this will be our final memory of the hotel. Read less

This hotel is well located, I like it because it is close to Times Square but not on it, staying far enough from all the buzz and noise of that area. My room was ok but the door wasn’t working properly and the hydraulic door arm left us outside for at least an hour until the maintenance guys could work around it. They changed us to a different room saying that it was a suite, but it wasn’t, it was the same room size with two full beds. The lady at the at the front desk was extremely mean when we tried to get things fixed and we were tired and just wanted to sleep by that time. In the end they gave us the next morning breakfast as a damage repair, it was an ok breakfast buffet. Anyway we ended up having a good stay but those mishaps. Read less
