The first area ‘The Dressing Room’ features a full vanity, make up desk with mirror, extra large shower, and a closet for two. On the other side of the sliding door is ‘The Lounge’ featuring the bed, mini-bar*, and HDTV. All chambers feature floor-to-ceiling windows, air-conditioning, yoga mat, custom sensor lighting, ample outlets for smartphones, laptops and other electronic devices, and bathroom amenities.

Incredible customer service, amazing staff and a stunning hotel with the most perfect location. Jordan, Tercelle, Jestin, Carla and Keke all stand out and are staff who go above and beyond. Their communication, endless help and friendliness made a very special trip SO very fabulous.

Surly staff at the entrance who were very unhelpful was not the first impression needed after a long journey, but they had no interest in breaking up their conversation as I checked in and so gave me the wrong key. I was staying 5 days….housekeeping visited once! I asked for a kettle 3 times…nothing! Cold water in the shower. But the most frustrating part, when talking to the manager about the issues, he was highly apologetic, very understanding and offered to discount the food off my bill. Then have now found he charged the full amount to the card and didn’t follow through on his offer. Really poor behaviour from the Virgin Group. Read less
