The bellman David was amazing!!! So courteous and helpful!! He really helped us out!! The hotel stay was wonderful also!! Our room was large.it was close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel to have friendly staff, great luggage check ( Dave)

Spent 4 days at the Shelburne Sonesta hotel and proposed to my now fiancé while there. The concierge Anya did a fantastic job helping me have our room decorated for the occasion and even upgraded us to a better room for no charge! The room was very clean and well appointed in a great area of the city.
